Job Description: Serve as an all-source intelligence analyst on a computer network operations (CNO) intelligence team, focused on the threat to networked weapons platforms and US and DoD information networks. Conduct research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures. Coordinates and assists in the preparation of the simulation databases, to include testing and validation. Reviews data collected preceding, during, and following experiments/exercises to identify trends and inconsistencies with doctrine and to develop combat development feedback. Collects, assembles and analyzes inputs from exercise Observe/Controllers (O/C), workstation controllers, Senior Observers, the exercise director and other sources as applicable. Requirements : Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or a business related field, or 4 years additional related experience in lieu of degree. Ten (10) years experience in a military agency in progressively responsible command and staff positions. Experience in at least two (2) of the following (1) Experience with service and joint doctrine, to include combat, combat support, and combat service support operations; (2) Extensive experience with joint/combined staffs organization, functions and procedures; (3) Extensive experience with Joint service organizations, operations, and exercises at levels comparable to Army Corps, Numbered Air Forces and Numbered Fleets; (4) Experience in the preparation/conduct of seminars, study groups and map exercises for general and senior field grade officers; (5) Experience in conducting instruction in both small and large group formats; (6) Experience in the conduct of post exercise effectiveness analysis and evaluations; (7) Experience in the compilation and presentation, in both written and oral formats, of lessons learned and after action review material; (8) Experience with joint and service doctrine, to include combat, combat support and combat service support operations. – Background in combating weapons of mass destruction and counter-proliferation required – Large staff, agency or field hands on CWMD experience required – Military O-5 or above Special Operations background desired.
