Job Responsibilities : Collects and analyzes data relating to the manufacturing process and/or manufacturing equipment. Reads and interprets plans and schematics relating to the manufacturing process. Operates machines as needed to complete direct assembly. Supports factory equipment and its related processes. Maintains related documentation and incorporates changes throughout the manufacturing systems. Operates assembly equipment in the factory. Programs/debugs manufacturing equipment as needed. May conduct training classes relating to manufacturing equipment and procedures/processes. Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks. Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment. Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instructions on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments. This is an evening position, the schedule is from 2:30 p. m. to 11:00 p. m. Works independently and with engineers in the development and improvement of the manufacturing process. Develop Integrated Master Schedules2. Including establishment of top level program milestones3. Develop vertical and horizontal task dependencies4. Provide Critical Path analysis for performance management5. Provide status and tracking of schedules6. Provide health metrics on schedule mechanics and performance7. Experience in aviation maintenance processes and material management.
