Conduct field visits as necessary to evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs, tools, and services. Monitor marketing and sales performance against key competitors based on main market indicators and proactively develop plans to effectively compete. Discharges patient from physical therapy when the patient has received maximum benefit from physical therapy. In accordance with agency policy, provides accurate, timely documentation of physical therapy patient management (including assessment for adaptive equipment). Assists in the development, implementation, and review of departmental patient care programs. Job Requirements : Computer literate preferred. Experience in an automated clinical information system preferred. Knowledge of Medicare conditions of participation and OASIS preferred. Experience in assessment of high mobility equipment preferred. Two years of physical therapy experience in the last three years in a Medicare certified licensed home health agency which involves modalities, equipment and rehabilitation techniques preferred. Must be able to improvise techniques and equipments in the home environment. Demonstrated communication and documentation skills. Schedule Details: Possible holidays and weekends, 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Basic Qualifications: Must have at least two years experience in physical therapy. Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum with a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree with certification in Physical Therapy or foreign-trained equivalent required. They are offering between $45 – $50 per hour, the hours are highly negotiable, the store is open Monday through Saturday from 9 – 6, and 1 store is
open Sunday 10 – 5, pharmacist can do 4 9 hour shifts or whatever they want.

The pharmacy currently supports / accomodates for lifestyle and family life. They rotate weekends and holidays fairly. The Okanagon is probably the
most beautiful and warm part of B.C> Summer’s reach about 40 degrees celcius regularly. This is quite a vacation destination. Pentiction is 1/2 hour
away (bigger city) and Kelouna is 1 hour away which is a major center.
