Ensure that production of calculations, PS&amp;E, and other client deliverables meet scope, schedule, cost and PB quality requirements. Perform independent assignments as well as work as a part of a multi-discipline project team. Participate in major segments of large projects.  &lt;/p&gt;&#10;&#10;&#9;&lt;p&gt;Job Requirements : Candidates must be fully competent in all conventional aspects of roadway engineering and be capable of planning and conducting tasks requiring independent judgment in the evaluation, selection and substantial adaptation and modification of standard engineering techniques and procedures. Candidates should also have proven knowledge of &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;AASHTO&lt;/span&gt; and &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;FHWA&lt;/span&gt; design standards and be capable of demonstrating creativity, foresight and engineering judgment in the use of those standards. Proven ability to successfully manage multiple project and/or task assignments is required. Candidates must also have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Geopak design software (V7 or later) and possess a high technical competency in the Microstation (V7 or later) &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;CAD&lt;/span&gt; platform. Direct experience with the Federal Highway Administration/Federal Lands Highway Division and designing using Context Sensitive Solutions (&lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;CSS&lt;/span&gt;) is preferred.
