Works with subject matter experts to design and develop audience-appropriate, clear, and concise training content. Ensures learning and performance objectives are appropriate to the audience and that the training materials meet the learning and performance objectives. Uses rapid eLearning authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate, and Flash to create interactive, Firm compliant web based training (&lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;WBT&lt;/span&gt;) products. Designs and develops dynamic instructional interactions and simulations to create interactive, engaging course content (marketing solutions &amp; services, selling skills, simulations of internally used sales tools (such as Excel forms, and software or web-based applications), new hire on-boarding, sales management skills. Writes and edits audio voice-over scripts for e-learning. Arranges for internal &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;SME&lt;/span&gt; audio recordings or for professional audio voiceovers, as needed. Performs basic audio editing of internally recorded audio. Synchronizes audio files with e-learning content. Performs basic video editing for inclusion of video clips in e-learning courses. Creates job aids as needed. Creates tests and assessments within the &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;LMS&lt;/span&gt; assessment center to validate/certify knowledge of e-learning content. Performs quality assurance checks on training courses that have been developed. Arranges for internal pilot group testing of new e-learning courses. Implements WBTs in our Learning Management System (&lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;LMS&lt;/span&gt;). Works with our &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;LMS&lt;/span&gt; vendor, IT or software vendor to resolve any technical issues with the &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;WBT&lt;/span&gt; course or its performance within the &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;LMS&lt;/span&gt;. Writes course descriptions for inclusion in the &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;LMS&lt;/span&gt;. Develops an effective document management process for: organizing and retraining e-learning project related source files; scheduling periodic courses reviews for any updates needed; scheduling the expiration of training courses, if appropriate; tracking documentation and version control of all revisions and updates, etc. . Monitors and reports effectiveness of all training conducted and revise courses as needed. Modifies and creates scripts in &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;HTML&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;XML&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;DHTML&lt;/span&gt;, JavaScript, or Flash ActionScript. Works on multiple projects concurrently, monitors activity, progress, and time related to project development. May work under the vendor, who will be the project manager if vendor is used to supplement the e-learning authoring. Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time. Performs related duties as assigned.  &lt;/p&gt;&#10;&#10;&#9;&lt;p&gt;Job Requirements : Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelors degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.  Normally requires a minimum of five (5) experience in designing and developing e-learning training materials and instructional design. Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements1.  Strong technical expertise and experience required Microsoft PowerPoint, including custom animation Rapid e-learning authoring tools, such as Adobe E-Learning Suite (including Captivate, SoundBooth, Flash, Photoshop, etc) or Articulate Presenter &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;SCORM&lt;/span&gt; specification for content integration with an &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;LMS&lt;/span&gt; or other delivery platform Designing and creating e-learning training and other forms of training Demonstrated working knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel) Technical aptitude to learn new applications.   Learning Management Systems (AmerisourceBergen uses Mzinga, formerly known as Knowledge Planet) JavaScript &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;HTML&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;XML&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;DHTML&lt;/span&gt; Flash ActionScript Graphics development Familiarity with Project Management software. 3.  Instructional Design Demonstrated proficiency in instructional design with experience in e-Learning course development.  Knowledge of adult learning models and instructional design.  Experience in online course/training design and development.  Experience in creating content outlines, story boards and web-based training modules.  Experience in design, development, delivery and evaluation of face-to-face training.  Experience providing training consultation and/or training curriculum/product design recommendations. 4. Ability to work productively on multiple projects/courses simultaneously.
