Duties: Ensure that client satisfaction is met by coordinating team members, internal departments, and third party vendors to provide problem resolutions and support coverage.  Recognize and respond to priority (critical and high priority) incidents, rallying internal and 3rd party resources to quickly isolate the root cause and implement fixes / workarounds to restore normal business operations in a timely manner.  Follow-up on all critical incidents (outages, service degredations, etc) to ensure reports are completed in a timely manner to identify root cause, resolution steps, incident timeline, and prevention measures for the future.  Perform quality monitoring and analysis of the Service-now application, associated usage, and support issues, providing input and recommendations for continual service improvement.  Build a thorough base of Tier 1 support knowledge articles and information to allow for resources outside the core team (site based employees, Central Help Desk, and practice areas) to obtain support through self-service and to provide quality Tier 1 support to end users.  Make recommendations for process, application, and training changes based on quality monitoring trends. Position RequirementsThe successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, an abilty to analyze and resolve problems quickly, and the ability to work as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
